Temperature:
The most appropriate climate to grow tomatoes is between 20°C - 27°C. The condition of the plant will be poor when average temperatures exceed 30°C or fall below 10°C.
Exposure:
Tomatoes require plenty of water and sun, especially during the short dry seasons. A minimum of 7 hours of sunlight is required per day for optimal growth.
Location:
Avoid locations with cool nighttime temperatures; frost may develop and interfere with pollen formation and ripening.
